The fault of car manufacturers in setting the production target of 1402

Meanwhile, the production of more than 1,600,000 cars is predicted in 1402, and after six months of the year, automakers are 25% behind the planned production schedule.
Khodrocar - The decline in monthly production since June has made many experts predict that the problem of overdue obligations will reappear soon.

According to the statistics of the Ministry of Industry, 127 thousand 798 cars were produced in June this year and 114 thousand 895 cars in July. Therefore, car manufacturers have produced only 535 thousand 903 cars from the beginning of this year to the end of August.

According to the provided statistics, Iran Khodro, Saipa and Pars Khodro, as the three main automobile manufacturing companies, have produced more than 75 thousand 500 cars and vans in September this year.

Meanwhile, in order to reach the set goal, car manufacturers must produce 141,666 cars per month, in which case, around 850,000 cars should be produced by the end of September. and 25% are behind the policy maker's plan.

In the same period, the production of cars by private sector car manufacturers has faced an 82% growth, so that this sector, in the same period of last year, produced 48 thousand 267 cars, which increased to 87 thousand 883 cars in 5 months of this year.

The Ministry of Industry has set the target of producing 1,700,000 cars this year, but it seems that the car manufacturers will not be able to produce this amount of cars in the second half of the year, while last year the industrial plan to produce The car was not realized in 1401 because according to the planning of this ministry, it was supposed to produce 1 million and 600 thousand cars last year, of which only 1 million and 350 thousand cars were put into operation. Therefore, we saw a production deficit of 250,000 units.

Amirhassan Kakaei, an expert in the automobile industry, says: Considering the challenges such as the continuation of the embargo and mandated pricing, car manufacturers undoubtedly have a very difficult task to fulfill this year's production plan.

He adds: The main challenge of car manufacturers at the moment is the lack of liquidity, the main root of which lies in the mandated pricing, and this is while the Competition Council is emphasizing by issuing announcements that it still has no plans to increase and correct prices.

He continues: The current trend also shows that the removal of the competition council and mandated pricing is not yet in the government's plan, and we continue to see this model of pricing in the automobile industry and other industries.

Although experience has shown that the production of automobile manufacturers always faces an increase in the second half of the year, but according to the available statistics, there is uncertainty that even production at full capacity can achieve this year's production target.
